Refund Policy
It is the general policy of the Recreation and Parks Department that refunds/credits are not issued except in the cases of class cancellation, illness or injury (of the participant). The Superintendent of Recreation and Parks will review all other requests on a case-by-case basis.

- ALL requests for refunds/credits for a class must be submitted in writing to Matt Trainor, Superintendent of Recreation & Parks at mtrainor@northcastleny.com.

- ALL requests for refunds/credits made at least seven (7) business days prior to the class start date, if granted, will be subject to a fee equal to 15% of the total class fee.

- ALL requests for refunds/credits made less than seven (7) business days prior to the class start date, if granted, will be subject to a fee equal to 25% of the total class fee.

- ALL requests for refunds/credits made on or after the class start date, if granted, will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the total class fee.

- Prior to and on June 23, 2017 there will be a service charge on all refunds of 25% of the refunded amount. After June 23 there will be a partial refund of 50% of the total fee minus a charge for any time attended.
